Return & Refund Policy:

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Toysmaster will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or replacement.

• The product does not match the photo or our description.
• The product is not fit for its intended purchase.
• The product is faulty or damaged.
• Any Faulty and damaged products must be reported within 5 days of delivery. we will replace or repair the faulty/damaged item. Toysmaster is not liable for any claims made after that time frame. So please check the product as soon as you receive it. If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery, please do not throw away the parcel or cover from which the product came as the Courier Company will need to inspect it.
• If you received the wrong product, we will organize the return of the product and send you the right one as soon as possible, at our cost.

Note: Please send us a clear image of the item in your email and your order number. Our Customer Service team will review your application

• Please allow 2-3 business days for a response from our Customer Service team confirming your refund or replacement or next steps

For items purchased online with buy now, pay later service providers, a refund will be processed and your buy now/ pay later service provider will be advised. Your payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the new total order value. All other refunds will be made via bank which can take 3-4 business days.

Can I return an item if I change my mind? No, sorry we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Warranty Policy:

Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Information collected will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time, may be used for the purposes of research and analysis, and may be disclosed to Government departments upon request, where required, or authorized by law.

Toysmaster offers 30-60 days return to base warranty where applicable. Mostly we sell branded products so items will be sent to the manufacturer to check for faults.
